Job Description - Sales Coordinator

Qualification

- Any graduate; BCA, BBA, B.Sc. IT or MCA preferred.
- MBA candidates with positive communication skills may also be considered.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and email communication.

Experience
- 1-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support or Inside Sales.
- Freshers with an MBA and good communication skills may also apply.
- Experience in sales order processing, coordination and client follow-up is preferred.

Key Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi, as required.
- Strong follow-up and coordination with the sales team and customers.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation, sales order processing and invoice coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and daily sales report preparation.
- Customer relationship management and customer support.
- Coordination with Sales, Logistics, Accounts and Vendors.





Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in day-to-day activities.
- Maintain sales data, reports and customer databases.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and sales orders and track order status.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Handle customer and vendor queries and provide timely updates.

Salary
- Freshers: 18,000- 22,000 per month.
- Experienced Candidates: 20,000- 25,000 per month.
- Candidates with 2+ years of experience: Up to 30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
