Roles Responsibilities

1. Primary and Secondary target achievement on monthly/ quarterly basis
2. Appointment/ replacement of distributors as per the plan
3. Appointment of Manpower (ASM and SR) as per the plan
4. SFA monitoring and feedback on team performance
5. Improve team members performance/ productivity by conducting on-the-job training/ coaching and thereby reducing expenses
6. Ensure execution of sales promotion activities in order to achieve organisation s objectives
7. Conduct market working in towns along with the distributors where there is no manpower
8. Ensure effective working of distributors as per the norms
9. Maximise coverage of markets (towns) and outlets in the assigned region
