Essential:-
- Knowledge of Construction materials to be used in Buildings, roads and other infrastructure works,
- Supervision experience for Construction Projects such as Residential, Commercial, Institutional, official Buildings and other transport related infrastructure works,
- Report writing & Presentation skills,
- Recording of measurement of Civil works and
- Billing, Knowledge of BIS, IRC & other relevant standards.
Desirable: -
- Basic knowledge of Auto CADD & Civil 3D
- Knowledge of CPWD
- Conversant with digital measurement book
- other billing related General Conditions of CPWD, Inter-departmental coordination with Architect, Structural Designer, Cad operators and service engineer,
- Knowledge of latest & advanced construction techniques & materials,
- Willing to relocate at various sites in NCR & Haryana.
- Valuable communication skills,
- Conversant with MS word, excel, Power Point, MS Project etc,
