- Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and applicable quality standards.

- Plan and conduct internal quality audits and process audits.

- Coordinate external audits, certification audits and customer audits.

- Prepare, review and maintain quality manuals, procedures, work instructions and formats.

- Monitor Non-Conformities (NCs) and ensure timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

- Coordinate with various departments for effective QMS implementation.

- Monitor process performance, quality objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Conduct employee awareness and training sessions on quality systems and procedures.

- Ensure proper document control and record management.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a quality-oriented culture.

- Track audit observations and ensure effective implementation of corrective actions.
