Quality Engineer - NPD

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review PFMEA, Control Plans, NPD Quality Documents and First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

- Perform quality inspections, validation testing and product quality verification.

- Interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings and customer requirements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during Current Product Development (NPD) activities.

- Handle customer communication, quality concerns and issue resolution.

- Conduct welding and assembly quality inspections.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage REX (Return of Experience) / Lessons Learned.





- Maintain quality documentation, records and periodic reports.

Qualification Experience

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in NPD Quality, manufacturing quality, welding and assembly quality will be preferred.
