- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and site engineers.
- Read and understand civil engineering drawings.
- Monitor construction progress as per project schedules.
- Ensure quality of work as per project specifications.
- Monitor material usage and maintain site records.
- Prepare daily site progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety procedures.
- Coordinate manpower and material requirements.
- Report site issues and progress updates to the reporting manager.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and site activities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and measurements.
- MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites across India.
