Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead strategic sourcing initiatives for EV electrical and electronic components.
- Drive sourcing of motors, controllers, batteries, BMS, chargers, power electronics, wiring harnesses, connectors, and other EV components.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic suppliers, OEMs, and technology partners.
- Lead domestic and global sourcing, supplier development, and localization initiatives.
- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and annual cost-saving targets.
- Lead commercial negotiations, long-term contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor EV technology trends, market developments, and commodity pricing.
- Develop alternate sourcing strategies to ensure supply chain continuity.

Key Requirements





- 15-20 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, preferably in the EV / Automotive industry.
- Solid knowledge of EV components, electrical systems, and power electronics.
- Proven expertise in supplier development, global sourcing, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience in cost optimization, localization, and value engineering.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- SAP / ERP knowledge preferred.
