Job Details

- Designation: Marketing Manager
- Location: Muttom, Kalamassery, Kochi
- Salary: 40,000 60,000 per month
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Industry: Renewable Energy / Solar Power

Key Responsibilities

1. BTL Marketing & Field Activations

- Plan and execute district-level marketing campaigns, roadshows, local exhibitions, residential association activations and promotional events across Kerala.
- Drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads through ground-level marketing activities.

2. CRM Campaigns & Lead Nurturing

- Develop and manage WhatsApp, SMS and email campaigns to nurture leads and reactivate prospective customers.
- Improve lead engagement and conversion through structured follow-up campaigns.

3. CRM / ERP Management

- Ensure accurate lead capture, customer data management and tracking through the CRM/ERP system.
- Maintain visibility of the complete customer journey, from initial enquiry to sales handover and installation.

4. Lead Management & Conversion Tracking

- Integrate field marketing activities with digital lead management systems.
- Monitor lead movement,



follow-ups and conversion rates to minimise lead leakage.

5. Vendor & Event Management

- Identify, negotiate with and manage event agencies, local vendors, fabricators and printing suppliers.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of marketing campaigns.

6. Sales & Operations Coordination

- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure timely lead allocation, follow-ups and customer engagement.
- Monitor lead status and ensure effective coordination between marketing and sales.

7. Marketing Budget & Performance Analysis

- Manage campaign budgets and evaluate Cost Per Lead (CPL), campaign ROI and customer acquisition costs.
- Prepare performance reports and use marketing data to improve campaign effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in marketing, preferably in BTL marketing, field marketing or regional marketing.
- Strong experience in planning and executing ground-level promotional campaigns and events.
- Knowledge of CRM campaigns, lead management and marketing automation.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, agencies and sales teams.
- Solid communication, negotiation, planning and analytical skills.
- Experience in the solar, renewable energy, electrical or infrastructure industry will be an added advantage.
