Role & responsibilities

- 8+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments.
- Solid hands-on experience in Python scripting for automation, monitoring, log analysis, and incident resolution.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration, shell scripting, and troubleshooting production systems.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms and cloud-native services.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
- Expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Change Management, and SLA adherence.
- Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps,



and automated deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to analyze system performance, troubleshoot application/database issues, and implement reliability improvements.
- Willingness to provide 24x7 production support, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure high availability and operational excellence.
- Preferred Skills: Python, SRE Practices, Linux, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, SQL, DevOps Tools, Automation, Monitoring & Alerting.
