Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and provide information about the company's residential projects.
- Explain flat details, project specifications, pricing and other relevant information to clients.
- Generate customer interest and convert enquiries into qualified site visits.
- Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate information about the projects.
- Maintain detailed call records, customer feedback and follow-up information.
- Update and maintain customer details in the telemarketing software / CRM.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly to ensure effective lead conversion.
- Achieve individual weekly and monthly calling and site-visit targets.
- Contribute to business growth by expanding the company's customer network.
Skills Required
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
