Role Overview

Blupace Tech is looking for a technically inclined and customer-focused Technical Product Specialist to provide global technical support for medical technology products and solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an interest in MedTech, and the ability to troubleshoot product-related issues while assisting international customers through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical and product support to global customers through calls and emails.
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and assist customers with technical queries.
- Support customers in understanding product functionality, usage, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Coordinate with internal technical, engineering, and product teams to resolve customer issues.
- Document customer queries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Maintain customer support records and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support medical monitoring products involving wearable biosensors and wireless patient monitoring technology.




- Provide support across international time zones, including night shifts.
- Travel within Bengaluru and to other locations in India or internationally, whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of medical technology or healthcare IT.
- Basic knowledge of ECG, heart rate, and physiological monitoring parameters.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- Comfortable working in a 247 support environment with rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work from the office and travel as required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience in MedTech, Medical IT, healthcare technology, or medical device support.
- Basic knowledge of ECG monitoring, wearable biosensors, and remote patient monitoring.
- Exposure to firmware troubleshooting or embedded systems.
- Basic knowledge of Python scripting.
- Experience supporting international customers or working in a global technical support environment.

Work Schedule & Requirements

- 7-day work-from-office setup with weekly rotational offs.
- Rotational shifts, including night shifts, as part of 247 global support.
- Flexibility to travel within and outside Bengaluru, depending on business requirements.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
