Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer responsible for developing, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with industrial control systems and be comfortable working in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems.
- Design and implement control logic for industrial machinery and equipment.
- Work with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Delta.
- Configure and integrate HMI and SCADA systems.
- Perform PLC programming, testing, commissioning, and debugging.
- Troubleshoot electrical control panels, sensors, actuators, and automation components.
- Work with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.
- Coordinate with electrical,



mechanical, and software engineering teams.
- Visit client sites for installation, commissioning, and technical support.
- Maintain technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and automation records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Good knowledge of PLC programming languages, particularly Ladder Logic.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA configuration.
- Understanding of industrial sensors, motors, drives, relays, and control panels.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client locations whenever required.

Good to Have

- Experience in food processing, manufacturing, marine, or aquaculture industries.
- Knowledge of industrial IoT and machine-to-machine communication.
- Exposure to automation data integration and Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Basic understanding of Python or other programming languages.
