Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Tester to support the ADP Payroll Celergo implementation. This role will focus on validating payroll integrations, ensuring accurate data flow between Workday and ADP, and testing complex scenarios such as past-dated transactions and future-dated transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Workday HCM and ADP payroll (Celergo), and a deep understanding of payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end testing for Workday integrations with ADP Payroll (Celergo).
- Validate payroll data accuracy across multiple scenarios, including:
- Post-dated transactions (retroactive changes).
- Future-dated transactions (planned hires, terminations, compensation changes).

- Develop and maintain detailed test scripts, test cases, and documentation.
- Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and Integration teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
- Perform regression testing after configuration changes or updates.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory payroll standards.
- Provide clear reporting on test results, defects, and resolution status.

Required Skills Qualifications





- Workday Expertise: Strong knowledge of Workday HCM
- Payroll Knowledge: Familiarity with ADP Payroll systems (Celergo) experience preferred).
- Testing Skills: Ability to design and execute test plans for complex payroll scenarios.
- Transaction Handling: Understanding of post-dated and future-dated transactions in Workday.
- Analytical Skills: Solid attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Tools: Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in large-scale payroll implementations.
- Knowledge of integration tools (Workday Studio, EIB) and data validation techniques.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for global payroll.
