We are hiring an experienced Lead Automation Tester Vice President (VP Level) for a leading global financial services organization in Pune.

Position: Lead Automation Tester VP
Location: Pune
Experience: 15+ Years (Preferred)

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Strong hands-on experience in Test Automation using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright and REST Assured.
- Expertise in designing and building Automation Frameworks and Automation Architecture from scratch.
- Strong experience in API & Microservices Testing (REST/SOAP) and Spring Boot-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in developing Test Strategies, Test Plans and Cucumber Feature Files.
- Robust exposure to E2E testing across multiple applications, systems and integrations.
- Experience in Agile methodology,



Jira and defect management.
- Exposure to AI-enabled testing and AI tools in software delivery.
- Experience in ETL Testing / Ab Initio will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and team handling experience.

Preferred Domain: Banking / Financial Services / Payments.

Additional Advantage: IIT graduates or candidates holding registered patents may also be considered, subject to the overall role requirements.
