JIVAH Electricals is looking for an experienced and competent Senior Accounts Executive to join our team at our Noida Warehouse.

We are specifically seeking candidates with relevant experience in accounts and financial operations within the electrical equipment manufacturing or electrical warehouse industry.

Job Description (JD)

Position: Senior Accounts Executive
Location: Noida Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and warehouse-related financial transactions.
- Handle purchase, sales, inventory, and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Manage vendor payments, customer receivables, and account reconciliation.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales,



and finance departments.
- Prepare MIS reports and support month-end closing activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Relevant experience in the electrical equipment manufacturing or electrical warehouse industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and inventory reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to manage accounts independently with accuracy and efficiency.
- Candidates available for early joining will be preferred.
