We are hiring a Sr. Executive Procurement for our client in Jigani, Bengaluru.

Requirements:

- Experience in Procurement, Materials Management, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Operations, preferably in manufacturing or contract manufacturing.
- Experience in end-to-end procurement of Raw Materials (RM) and Packing Materials (PM).
- Ability to manage procurement planning based on production schedules and material requirements.
- Experience in vendor management, purchase order processing, and delivery follow-ups.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, safety stock, and reorder levels.
- Ability to prevent material shortages, excess inventory, and unnecessary working capital blockage.
- Experience in coordinating with Planning, Production, Stores, Finance, and Quality teams.
- Knowledge of purchase documentation, GRN, invoice reconciliation, and vendor-approved rates.




- Experience in handling material rejections, replacements, and vendor returns.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and proficiency in MS Excel.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience:
Relevant experience in procurement, materials management, inventory control, or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing workplace.

Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and proficiency in MS Excel.
