Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP SD solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing
- Billing
- Shipping and Transportation
- Credit Management
- Returns Management
- Output Management

- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, WM/EWM, PP, and TM modules.
- Drive workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping sessions.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
- Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Integration, and business teams.
- Manage defect resolution, testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT), and production support.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership to project teams.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and governance standards.
