Job Description:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Automation Anywhere.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation scripts for performance and reliability.
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications.
- Identify process improvements and enhance automation efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams and mentor junior developers.
- Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere development.
- Mandatory experience in the US Healthcare domain.
- Knowledge of Jira, Splunk, and Remedi.
- Basic knowledge of Java/Python is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
