Tiger Analytics is seeking a visionary, technically elite Azure Databricks Architect / Senior Solutions Architect (GenAI & Modern Data Platforms) to take end-to-end architecture, solutioning, and design ownership of next-generation Data & Generative AI ecosystems using Microsoft Azure.

Strict Eligibility: 8+ years of hands-on total IT experience with strong Architecture & Solution Design background (Mandatory)

Mandatory Expertise: Proven track record in Enterprise Architecture, System Design, and hands-on solutioning with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG frameworks, Vector DBs, Databricks Mosaic AI / Azure OpenAI)

Relevant Experience: Minimum 6+ years dedicated to Azure Data & AI Stack (Azure Databricks, ADLS, ADF/Synapse, Delta Lake)

(Note: Profiles with less than 8 years of total experience or lacking end-to-end architecture and Generative AI design expertise will not be considered.)

Work Location: Bengaluru / Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Delhi NCR (Hybrid)

In this role, you will spearhead architectural blueprints, define target-state topologies, and deliver resilient, production-ready enterprise platforms uniting Up-to-date Lakehouse architectures with state-of-the-art Generative AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Architecture & Solution Design: Lead architectural strategy, high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD), and technical governance for enterprise Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and AI platforms using Azure Databricks and the Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystem.
- Generative AI & LLM Solutioning (Mandatory): Architect and operationalize robust Generative AI pipelines, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, agentic workflows, model serving, and fine-tuning pipelines using Databricks Mosaic AI, Azure OpenAI, Vector Databases, and LLMOps frameworks.
- Framework & Pipeline Engineering: Architect scalable, metadata-driven frameworks for data ingestion, quality validation,



and transformation across complex batch and real-time streaming datasets to feed downstream analytical and GenAI workloads.
- Full Lifecycle Implementation Ownership: Own the entire lifecycle of enterprise solution architecturefrom pre-architecture discovery, business requirements translation, and platform selection to architectural governance, reference designs, and production deployment.
- Observability, Security & LLMOps: Establish enterprise-grade guardrails including unified logging, exception handling, data lineage, LLM evaluation metrics (hallucination, ground truth, toxicity), RBAC, and model monitoring to guarantee platform resilience.
- Technical Ownership & Code Governance: Retain full architectural authority over complex modules, driving technical reviews, architectural decision records (ADRs), and enforcing best-in-class engineering benchmarks across teams.
- Strategic Advisory & Collaboration: Interface directly with client CTOs, Enterprise Architects, Data Scientists, and Business Consultants to articulate solution blueprints, trade-offs, and value delivery for mission-critical Data & AI ecosystems.
- Mentorship & Capability Building: Mentor senior data engineers and designers, establish reusable GenAI design patterns and accelerator frameworks, and spearhead organizational center-of-excellence (CoE) initiatives.
