Responsibilities

- Deep Knowledge of Business finance process.
- Maintain solid customer relations & business acumen.
- Budgeting and forecasting:
- Refresh forecasts/plans with actuals & drivers
- Perform analysis on forecast variances
- Consolidate/roll up forecasts

- Plant Finance:

- Create plant performance reporting
- Execute ad-hoc plant operations finance requests
- Plant Finance management reporting - Track and monitor planned vs. actuals of costs saving initiatives.
- Review cost centres and cost elements and perform month-end close assessments.
- Process order settlements and closures.
- Perform inventory accounting and analysis.
- Develop recurring and ad hoc actual-versus-plan cost-variance analysis.
- Develop and refine new-product costing based on Company-defined parameters.

- Management Reporting:

- Collate and validate data, generate standard management reporting, perform variance and performance analysis (with commentary & narratives)
- Prepare KPIs and business performance metrics
- Develop and refine narratives on business performance, ad hoc reports & analysis.
- Prepare balance sheet, cashflow, anc income-statement reporting
- Prepare Management Control Reporting packages and Period Actuals packages using data from applicable source systems.
- Extract, compile, validate, and reconcile data from BPC,



MCR, SAP, and other applicable sources.
- Incorporate Company feedback into reporting packages, analysis, and commentary.
- Fulfil approved ad hoc reporting and data-compilation requests, including data collation and manipulation across multiple sources.

- Product Costing:

- Conduct variance analysis vs. prior cost to support setting of annual product costing standards
- Set annual product costing standards
- Analysis & do product costing revisions
- Develop and refine new product costing, Prepare Packaging & Ingredient rate building/revisions
- Complete approved in-year product-cost standard revisions within the existing bill structure.
- Prepare reference data supporting Company validation of costing outputs.
- Perform costing data preparation, validation, and inventory re-evaluations.
- Perform and refine supply-chain cost-centre and cost-element reviews and actual-versus-plan analysis.
- Prepare logistics and warehousing rate builds and revisions for Company approval.

- Other Responsibilities:

- Complete accounting for capital work in progress and follow-up with business teams,
- Develop and perform tracking and reporting of project progress
- Prepare quarterly forecast files.
