Position: Visual Inspector

Job Purpose

To perform visual inspection of pharmaceutical products, including Vials, Pre-filled Syringes (PFS) and Cartridges, ensuring product quality, compliance with established procedures and accurate documentation within the fill-finish manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform cleaning and upkeep of visual inspection equipment in the fill-finish facility.
2. Conduct visual inspection of Vials, Pre-filled Syringes (PFS) and Cartridges as per approved procedures and quality standards.
3. Identify and segregate defective products, visible particles and other visual abnormalities during inspection.
4. Maintain accurate entries in logbooks, Batch Packing Records (BPR) and other relevant documentation.
5. Ensure proper status labelling, documentation accuracy and audit readiness.
6. Perform shift operations as per instructions provided by supervisors and reporting managers.
7. Maintain day-to-day monitoring records and ensure compliance with applicable SOPs and GMP requirements.
8. Participate in overall visual inspection operations and support smooth departmental functioning.

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager as per organizational requirements.

Important: Only B.Sc. Chemistry candidates will be considered. Candidates with other educational qualifications are not eligible for this requirement.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: Existing net monthly salary will be increased by approximately 2,000–3,000, subject to evaluation and discussion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing. Candidates should be detail-oriented, disciplined in documentation, familiar with GMP practices and comfortable working in a shift-based manufacturing workplace.
