Job Summary

We are looking for confident and customer-oriented Telecalling Executives to connect with prospective customers, generate leads, and schedule appointments for Mortgage Agents. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a skilled telephone manner, and the ability to engage potential customers and achieve calling targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Generate, qualify, and maintain leads through telecalling.
- Understand customers basic mortgage and financing requirements.
- Explain Mortgage Assurance services clearly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments for Mortgage Agents.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Handle basic customer queries and objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and mortgage teams to support lead follow-up and conversion.




- Maintain professional communication with all prospective clients.
- Track and report daily outbound calls, qualified leads, appointments, follow-ups, conversions, and target achievement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Graduate qualification preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, professional, and courteous telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with new customers.
- Strong persuasion, sales, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and internet applications.
- Ability to work with targets and maintain accurate records.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience in banking, mortgages, insurance, or financial services will be an advantage.
