Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh (Work from Office)
Experience: 02 Years | Freshers Eligible
Shifts: Australian Shift / US Night shift
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Process Associate to provide L1 support for Fintech services and software applications through email, chat, and ticket-based processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Fintech software-related customer queries through email, chat, and support tickets.
- Provide basic application troubleshooting and support for user access issues.
- Perform data verification, documentation, and system updates.
- Track service requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely resolution.




- Escalate complex issues to relevant technical or operational teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Good verbal English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and typing skills.
- Solid attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in US/ Australia night shifts.
