Responsibilities : -

- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and com-puter peripherals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure Windows Operating Systems and ap-plications.
- Manage LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi network connectivity.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches and printers.
- Troubleshoot internet and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance and ensure smooth IT oper-ations.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
- Maintain IT equipment and technical documentation.

Desired profile of the candidate : -

- Candidate should have valuable knowledge of Computer Hardware and Networking.
- Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and network maintenance.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP and Wi-Fi.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply.
