A. Required Education Qualification -

- Post-Graduation in Rural Development /Management/Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Social Work/Women study.

B. Experience Required-

- He/ She should have at least 4+ years of post-qualification of relevant work experience.
- Candidate should have worked as faculty in some national level or State level training institutes of repute.
- He/ she should have worked in large organizations/project(s), in Training and capacity building specifically for Community/Women Self Help Group.
- Preference will be given to Post Graduate Diploma in Training & Capacity Building from reputed institutes. Certificate course in trainers training programme etc. will also be considered for weightage.

C. Key Roles & Responsibilities-

- Drafting of notes, official letters and proposals based on skill set essentially desired and scope of designation under umbrella of Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission.
- Develop Annual State Training & Capacity Building Calendar in coordination with Mission Manager, Human Resource Management and State Program Managers.
- Propose and execute annual action plan, training & capacity building plans and annual activity calendar at head office/district/block level, plan livelihood / CB activities, support Community Resource Persons in bringing women together into SHGs, enable forming PGs, producer companies, support SHGs to access RF/CIF, organise and coordinate training of SHG members, train Resource Persons.




- Propose and execute in-house trainings of team leaders/ State Program Managers and staff members at client side.
- Maintain training and capacity building activity-wise database at Head office.
- Training of community cadres e.g. Community Resource Persons, SHGs, VOs, CLFs, Lakhpati didi training and any other stakeholder training under the scope of work of client.
- Ensuring Monitoring & Evaluation of training programs throughout the financial year.
- Attend State/ National level workshops/ webinars/ meetings etc. as and when directed by client.
- Team management at district level across Haryana.
- Support State Program Managers of other domains.
- Other assignments as per directions of client.

D. Skills Required-

- Excellent English, Hindi & Regional language Communication Skills radiating well-versed with the knowledge and self-learning attitude towards adopting government work setting (Drafting of notes, letters, reports, presentations).
- Strong proven background and presentation on capacity building, training needs analysis, training database management, training & development, HR Policy implementation, introduction to new Human Resource Management updates from Govt. including labour laws.
- Expertise in DAY-NRLM, preparation of ToT plans, Training evaluation, practical understanding & utilization towards inventory including funds, release of funds, IEC material, event infrastructure & items, during training programs.
