- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong expertise in SQL and Power BI (or similar BI tools).
- Proven experience analyzing large operational datasets and delivering actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Contact Center metrics and Healthcare/Provider operations strongly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and business acumen.
- Robust communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate data into stories for senior leadership.
- Experience mentoring or leading analysts is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Partner with Operations leadership (Contact Center & Provider Support) to identify business challenges and deliver data-driven insights.
- Develop, automate, and maintain performance dashboards and reports (Power BI, SQL) to provide real-time visibility into key KPIs (e.g.,



utilization, completion rates, scheduling efficiency, shrinkage).
- Analyze trends in appointment scheduling, completion rates, incentive vs. non-incentive member performance, and pre-visit cancellations to recommend improvement strategies.
- Translate data into business insights and present findings/recommendations to senior leaders (including VP and COO).
- Build predictive models/forecasts to support workforce planning, productivity management, and provider engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Training, Quality, IT, Finance) to align reporting, metrics, and performance goals.
- Drive standardization and accuracy of reporting across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven decision-making culture.
