Role & responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a complete monthly financial close and prepare financial statements.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal accounting controls.
- Experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold.
- Experience with SAP / SAP Business One.
- Experience with standard costing and manufacturing variance analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial analysis.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hands-on, team-oriented, and evolving business environment.

Preferred

- CPA certification.
- Food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods experience.
- Experience with international subsidiaries and multi-entity accounting.
- French language proficiency is a plus, supporting collaboration with our France-based colleagues.
