Role & responsibilities

- Hands-on experience in peptide synthesis (SPPS) using manual and automated synthesizers.

- Expertise in purification of peptides, APIs, and discovery molecules using preparative and reverse-phase chromatography techniques.

- Robust experience in operating Preparative HPLC systems such as Waters, Shimadzu, Hanbon, Buchi, KNAUER, and Gilson.

- Proficient in HPLC method development, analytical method optimization, impurity profiling, and impurity isolation.

- Hands-on experience in operating and troubleshooting HPLC and LC-MS instruments for peptide characterization and purification support.

- Expertise in chromatography software including Empower, Trilution, LC Solution, Clarity Chromatography, and MassLynx.

- Experience in DAC column packing/unpacking,



column performance evaluation, and handling YMC, Hanbon, and Novasep preparative columns.

- Strong knowledge of process development, scale-up, technology transfer, and troubleshooting process-related impurities to improve product quality and yield.

- Experience in downstream processing techniques including nanofiltration, lyophilization (LyoMax), tray dryers, and bottle lyophilizers.

- Preparation and review of technical documents such as BPRs, development reports, technology transfer reports, closure reports, and vendor qualification reports while ensuring GMP compliance.
