Position: LMS Technical Consultant / Integration Specialist (SuccessFactors Learning)

Requirement is highly focused on SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) professionals with strong implementation, integration, and migration expertise. As the talent pool is becoming niche, sourcing efforts should be targeted and aligned with the agreed screening criteria.

1. Educational Qualification
- Preferred qualifications include BCA, MCA, B.E., B.Tech, and M.Tech.
- Since this is a techno-functional role, candidates should possess a strong technical foundation along with LMS domain expertise.

- Core Technical Experience

- Candidates must have hands-on experience in:
- LMS implementations
- API integrations
- Data and content migrations
- End-to-end implementation lifecycle management

- Experience Requirement

- Target talent pool: 5 to 12 years of overall experience.
- Candidate selection should align with the approved CWR budget grid and experience guidelines.

- LMS Expertise Priority

- Primary preference: SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
- Secondary preference: Other LMS platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Moodle, Adobe Learning Manager, Saba, Workday Learning, etc.
- Candidates must demonstrate practical experience in implementation, integration, and migration projects.

- Evaluation Process

- The selection process will consist of one technical evaluation round (L1) only.

- Preferred Certifications

- SuccessFactors Learning Certification will be considered an added advantage.

- Sourcing Strategy





- Given the niche nature of the requirement, sourcing efforts should be expanded through LinkedIn InMail and targeted networking channels.

- Skill Alignment Clarification

- The focus is specifically on SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) expertise.
- Profiles with only general SAP SuccessFactors experience and no Learning module exposure should not be prioritized.

- Employment Type

- Candidates preferring permanent opportunities may be informed that this is a 6-month contractual engagement with potential conversion to a full-time role, subject to business requirements and performance.
