Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Industrial Designer to develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing product designs. The candidate will be responsible for product conceptualization, sketching, form development, ergonomics, and Colour, Material & Finish (CMF) selection. The role involves translating product ideas and market requirements into effective design concepts and 3D visualizations.

Candidates with experience in bath fittings, consumer products, home appliances, or plastic products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative product concepts based on market trends, customer requirements, and product development objectives.
- Create initial design concepts, freehand sketches, product illustrations, and design presentations.
- Develop product forms, shapes, proportions, and surface details to achieve the desired aesthetics and functionality.
- Apply ergonomic principles to ensure product usability, comfort, and ease of handling.
- Develop Colour, Material & Finish (CMF) concepts, including colour combinations, textures, surface finishes, and material appearances.
- Create 3D product models, renderings, and visualizations using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, KeyShot, or similar design software.
- Prepare design presentations and renderings to communicate product concepts effectively.
- Evaluate design concepts based on aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Coordinate with Product Design Engineering, NPD, Tool Room, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams during product development.




- Support prototype development and review physical samples to validate product appearance, form, and functionality.
- Incorporate feedback from design reviews and implement necessary design improvements.
- Conduct product benchmarking and study market trends, competitor products, and emerging design developments.
- Ensure product designs meet design requirements, quality expectations, and approved project timelines.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of product aesthetics, ergonomics, conceptualization, sketching, and form development.
- Good understanding of CMF (Colour, Material & Finish).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, KeyShot, or similar 3D design tools.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling, product visualization, rendering, and design presentations.
- Understanding of materials, product finishes, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Ability to convert design concepts into practical product designs.

Candidate Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Industrial Design or Product Design.
- 58 years of experience in Industrial Design or Product Design.
- Strong creative thinking, visualization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in bath fittings, consumer products, home appliances, or plastic products will be preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing product concepts, sketches, 3D models, renderings, and completed design projects is preferred.
