Role & responsibilities :

- Manage and supervise daily packing operations.
- Lead and monitor a team of packers to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Ensure all products are packed according to brand and quality standards.
- Ensure every package is weighed and cross-verified in the WMS.
- Perform regular quality checks and floor audits.
- Identify damaged products, incorrect labelling and packing discrepancies.
- Ensure proper packaging to prevent transit damage.
- Monitor team productivity and packing accuracy.
- Coordinate with picking and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain safety, housekeeping and operational standards.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse / Distribution Centre operations.
- Hands-on experience in packing and fulfilment operations.
- Knowledge of WMS and integrated weighing systems.
- Strong knowledge of quality checking (QC) procedures.
- Experience in handling and managing a team of packers.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
