Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (NICMAR preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator from the Real Estate Developer industry to manage project planning, coordination, execution support, cost control and project monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and project authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project plans, logistics plans, cost estimates and resource requirements.
- Monitor project milestones, timelines and progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with civil, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting and landscaping teams.
- Review drawings, contractor scope of work and material requirements.
- Monitor site activities, construction quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage contractor billing, material reconciliation and cost control.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS,



project progress reports and management updates.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

- 47 years of relevant experience in project coordination / project planning / project management.
- Must have experience working with a Real Estate Developer company.
- Robust understanding of construction project execution, planning and coordination.
- Experience in contractor management, billing, budgeting and MIS reporting.
- Good knowledge of civil construction and MEP coordination.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; NICMAR qualification preferred.
