Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, ensuring productive inventory control, stock management, and customer satisfaction.

- Oversee sales floor appearance, including shelving, displays, and product placement to maintain a visually appealing shopping environment.

- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and optimize profitability.

- Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience in retail management or related field (grocery/retail).

- Strong understanding of FIFO/LIFO inventory systems and ability to manage large volumes of products effectively.

- Proficiency in SAPs system for managing transactions accurately.

- Excellent knowledge of retail operations, including visual merchandising principles and loss prevention techniques.
