- Operate CNC VMC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Conduct setter activities such as setting up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery operation and perform minor repairs as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience operating CNC VMC machines or similar equipment.
- Solid understanding of CNC turning processes and techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings for part specifications.
- Basic knowledge of VMC programming languages (e.g. G-code).
