- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor moulding machines, process parameters, and material usage.
- Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth production.
