What Youll Do
Gather and document business and reporting requirements
Design interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
Build data models (star schema), DAX measures and Power Query transformations
Develop ETL and data prep workflows, including Azure data pipelines
Integrate data from PostgreSQL, Oracle NetSuite, SQL Server and APIs
Build embedded reports and analytics
Deliver analytics for Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Manufacturing
Document data models and report logic, and mentor junior team members

What Were Looking For
2–5 years of hands-on Power BI experience
Strong DAX, data modeling, Power Query and dashboard design skills
Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle, and API-based data sources
Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or Python/R
Ability to turn business needs into clear technical specifications
Strong documentation skills and business understanding

Positive to Have

PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst Associate) certification
Manufacturing domain experience
Git or other version control
Advanced Excel
