Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce DevOps practices and tools such as Copado, Git, and Azure DevOps (ADO). The candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, enabling productive, reliable, and scalable release management across Salesforce environments.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of overall IT experience with 2+ years in Salesforce DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Copado (mandatory).




- Strong knowledge of Git-based workflows (feature branching, pull requests, code review).
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines and work item tracking.
- Familiarity with Salesforce metadata, SFDX, and package-based deployments.
- Knowledge of release management processes in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Robust problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot deployment failures.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
