Business Development Associate - Sales Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented Business Development Associates to join our growing team. You will engage prospective learners through outbound calling, understand their professional development needs, and guide them toward the right upskilling solutions across our EdTech brand portfolio, which includes courses in AI, Finance, Data Science, Product Management, and Business Development.

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate — Any Discipline

Location: 4th floor, Sprint Tower, Plot no. 9, Hinjawadi Phase 1 Rd, Phase 1, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Pune, Hinjawadi, Maharashtra 411057 — Work from Office

Compensation: Up to 11 LPA (Up to 4.8 LPA Fixed + Up to 6.2 LPA Variable/Incentives)

Work Days: 6 Days/Week — Thursday Off

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday: 12:15 PM to 9:30 PM; Sunday: 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM

Laptop: Personal laptop mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce House of EdTech's course offerings.
- Understand learner needs and recommend the most suitable upskilling programs.
- Pitch courses effectively to potential learners.
- Build rapport with leads, follow up consistently, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach and improve lead conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and follow-up discipline.
- Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced environment.




- Prior sales or telecalling experience is a plus — freshers are encouraged to apply.
