We are hiring experienced professionals for an E-commerce BPO Process for the following positions:
Important Information!
- This is a Walk-in Interview opportunity.
- Candidates must be available to attend the walk-in interview.
- BPO experience is mandatory for all positions.
- Candidates without prior BPO experience will not be considered.
- For the Process Trainer position, graduation and relevant trainer experience on paper are mandatory.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
Transportation: Available within a 20 KM radius.
1. Process Trainer
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
Mandatory Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Process Trainer must be documented (on paper).
- BPO experience is mandatory.
Job Details:
- Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week
- Week Off: 1 rotational week off
- Transportation: Provided within a 20 KM radius
- Process Mix: 60% Chat and 40% Voice (Calls)
2. Team Leader
Salary: Up to 5.7 LPA
- Relevant Team Leader experience required.
- BPO experience is mandatory.
- E-commerce BPO experience preferred.
