JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for verifying and validating Application Software (ASW) models developed using MATLAB/Simulink to ensure compliance with software requirements, functional correctness, and quality standards .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute software test cases based on software requirements.
- Perform model simulation and verification using MATLAB/Simulink and Stateflow.
- Conduct Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) testing and support Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing.
- Perform test coverage analysis, including requirements coverage and model coverage.
- Identify, document, track defects and support root-cause analysis using Test Report preparation.
- Prepare test specifications, test reports and verification evidence using Simulink Test Manager.
- Maintain requirements-to-test traceability (in DOORS or any other ALM tool).




- Support ASPICE-compliant software verification and validation activities.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Valuable knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink and Simulink Tets Manager.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and test case development.
- Experience with MIL/SIL testing and simulation-based verification.
- Knowledge of Simulink Test, Simulink Coverage, or equivalent tools is preferred.
- Understanding of requirements traceability and ASPICE processes.
- Knowledge of automation scripting using MATLAB is an advantage.

Experience: 3-6 years (flexible).

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
