TeleSales Executive – Online Courses & Webinar Operations

Job Overview

Simplified Academy is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our online educational courses by connecting with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails. The role involves handling incoming leads, understanding learners' requirements, explaining course benefits, addressing queries, and converting interested prospects into successful enrollments.

The candidate will also assist with webinar operations, manage webinar-related follow-ups, and coordinate with the sales and academic teams to ensure a smooth learner enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and engage prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and webinars.
- Explain course details, features, benefits, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
- Handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Convert interested prospects into paid course enrollments.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and potential students.
- Assist in webinar coordination, participant communication, and post-webinar sales activities.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up updates, and enrollment reports.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in tele-sales, inside sales, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Positive interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for education and sales.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in selling online courses, educational programs, or training services.
- Familiarity with webinar-based sales and lead management.
- Experience handling leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
