Frames Factory is expanding its business into Tamil Nadu and looking for enthusiastic candidates who are fluent in Tamil and English to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Explain our photo albums, photobooks, acrylic photo frames, and personalized products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Assist customers with order booking and payment coordination.
- Maintain customer enquiry records and provide excellent customer support.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Tamil and English (speaking).
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Stable internet connection required.
- Sales-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome.

Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Fixed)

Work Mode: 100% Work From Home

Employment: Full-Time
