- Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Explain products/services, offers, and company policies to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through telephone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Follow up with customers regularly to convert leads into sales.
