- OPD Coordination: Greet patients, manage registrations, handle billing, and coordinate doctor appointments.
- Customer Service: Answer phone inquiries, manage walk-ins, and ensure a smooth patient experience.
- IPD Patient care: Checking Sugar and BP for OT patients. Assisting for movement in the Ward area and Operation Theatre facility. Assisting in the discharge activities for the OT patients.
- OT Assist: Assisting Doctor in the OT facility particularly in the running job.
Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:
- Prior experience in clinic reception or retail sales (preferred).
- ANM/GNM degree preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, robust multitasking, and basic computer/billing proficiency.
- Aptitude: Patient-centric mindset with a natural ability to build rapport and drive good experience.
