Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager with strong expertise in handling government infrastructure tenders, particularly NHAI (National Highways Authority of India) projects, highway construction, irrigation, and canal projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end tendering activities, tender documentation, bid preparation, and submission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and analyse government tender opportunities related to NHAI, NHIDCL, PWD, irrigation, canal, and other infrastructure projects.

2. Handle the complete tendering process, from downloading tender documents to final bid submission.

3. Study tender documents, RFPs, BOQs, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.

4. Prepare technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.

5. Coordinate with technical, finance, estimation, and project teams for tender preparation.

6. Prepare and verify EMD, BG, bid security, and other tender-related documents.

Ensure timely submission of tenders through government e-procurement portals.

8. Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, corrigenda, and amendments.

9. Coordinate with government departments and authorities regarding tender-related matters.

10. Maintain tender records, track bid status, and prepare tender reports.

11. Ensure compliance with government tender rules, NHAI guidelines, and other statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

- 5–15 years of experience in government infrastructure tendering.

- Mandatory experience handling NHAI / National Highway / Government infrastructure projects.

- Robust knowledge of CPPP, e-procurement portals, and NHAI tender procedures.

- Experience in preparing technical bids, financial bids, BOQs, and tender documentation.

- Good knowledge of government tender eligibility criteria and contract conditions.

- Strong coordination, documentation, and negotiation skills.

- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
