Digiwebcore is looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator who can develop engaging content ideas, plan content marketing strategies, and bring brands to life through impactful videos, reels, and other digital content.

We need someone who understands social media trends, has a strong creative mindset, and can independently conceptualise, shoot, and execute content that connects with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Ideation: Develop fresh, creative, and engaging content ideas for different brands, industries, and target audiences.
- Content Strategy: Plan and execute content marketing strategies aligned with brand goals, audience engagement, and business objectives.
- Video Shooting: Independently shoot high-quality videos, reels, interviews, founder-led content, product videos, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Social Media Content: Create content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with trending reels, viral formats, audio, and emerging content styles to develop relevant brand content.
- Scriptwriting: Write engaging video scripts, hooks, storylines, and concepts that capture audience attention.
- Brand Storytelling:



Develop creative concepts that communicate brand identity, product value, and key marketing messages.
- Content Planning: Prepare content calendars and coordinate with the social media and design teams for timely execution.
- On-Camera Direction: Guide founders, team members, influencers, or models during content shoots whenever required.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on reach, engagement, audience response, and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content creation, video production, or content marketing.
- Robust understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.
- Ability to generate original content ideas rather than simply follow trends.
- Practical experience in shooting reels and videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Good understanding of video framing, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
- Strong scriptwriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Understanding of content marketing strategies and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic video editing knowledge will be an added advantage.
