Job Description – Cook
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Cook to join our hotel team. The candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of Indian, Chinese, and other cuisines while maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food as per the hotel menu and guest requirements.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Maintain food stock and monitor ingredient freshness.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team.
- Handle guest special requests and dietary requirements.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian and other cuisines.
- Positive cooking skills and time management.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
