Job SummaryHum apne restaurant ke liye ek experienced aur skilled Barista ki hiring kar rahe hain, jo independently complete Beverage Section ko handle kar sake. Candidate ko different types of beverages prepare karne ke saath-saath daily beverage operations, inventory aur quality management ka proper knowledge hona chahiye.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesComplete Beverage Section ko independently manage karna.
2. Hot & Cold Coffee, Mocktails, Shakes, Smoothies, Fresh Juices, Tea aur Specialty Beverages prepare karna.
3. Coffee Machine aur other beverage equipment operate karna.
4. Har beverage ka taste, quality, presentation aur consistency maintain karna.
5. Daily beverage stock aur inventory manage karna.
6. Stock wastage control karna aur timely stock requirements maintain karna.
7. New beverage recipes develop karna aur menu development mein contribute karna.
8. Beverage Section ki cleanliness,



hygiene aur food safety maintain karna.
9. Kitchen aur Service Team ke saath coordinate karke smooth operations ensure karna.
10. Junior staff ko beverage preparation aur operational standards ki training dena.

- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Baverage Section.
- Hot & Cold Beverages ki strong knowledge honi chahiye.
- Coffee, Mocktails, Shakes, Smoothies aur Specialty Drinks banane ka experience.
- Complete Beverage Section independently handle karne ki capability.
- Inventory Management aur Beverage Costing ka knowledge.
- New recipes develop karne ki creativity.
- Valuable communication aur teamwork skills.

Preferred CandidateHumein aisa candidate chahiye jo sirf coffee preparation tak limited na ho, balki complete Beverage Section ki responsibility independently le sake aur daily operations ko efficiently manage kar sake.
