Job Description:

The Present Perfect is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end purchasing activities for corporate gifting, printing, branding, promotional merchandise, and customized products.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying reliable vendors, sourcing products, negotiating prices, managing purchase orders, coordinating samples, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source products and identify new vendors and manufacturers.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with vendors for samples, approvals, and product specifications.
- Follow up on production, customization, and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and operations teams.




- Ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and procurement trackers.
- Develop strong relationships with vendors and negotiate the best possible deals.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of vendor management and product sourcing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Robust follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Experience in corporate gifting, printing, promotional merchandise, or FMCG procurement will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is organized, commercially aware, responsible, and capable of managing procurement activities from product sourcing to final delivery.
