Responsibilities

- Resolves incidents/problems with appropriate use of escalation and notification procedures
- Can work to deadlines and has the capability to perform escalation in failure and delay
- Has experience of incident problem management disciplines

Requirements

- Strong knowledge in Sparrow Switch application and strong writing experience in Unix/Linux shell scripts
- Strong knowledge in ATM and POS terminals
- Experience in Interchange simulators VISA MC and UPI
- Expert knowledge in ISO 8583 and Switching internal message formats
- Expert knowledge in Schemes installation activities
- Strong knowledge in SDLC and able to resolve problems quickly in production workplace
- Familiar with technical documentation standards guidelines and best practices




- Knowledge of POS tool Terminal management system and able to decode the terminal message formats
- Knowledge in Hardware Security Module
- A98 server application concepts
- Card World producer application in Windows 2008 and 2012 server
- BWAC application software for ATM connectivity for Sparrow application (Added advantage)
- CR2 product Studio ATM branding tool (Added advantage)
- Communication skills to communicate with vendor CR2 and teams from Visa MasterCard and other banks
